Apprentice Program

Teaching Today's Essential Construction Skills

The Kinsley Education Center has developed a program for teaching today's essential construction skills.

The carpentry apprenticeship program offers you the opportunity to become a craftsperson, with skills that are in-demand in the construction field. The program includes cross training in concrete finishing, iron working, scaffolding, industrial welding and safety/OSHA standards and practices. An introduction to plumbing and electrical wiring is also included. View a detailed outline of this program here.

The apprenticeship combines on-site fieldwork guided by a construction professional, with classroom training, provided by experienced instructors. Upon completion, you achieve certified Journeyman status.
